- 7.9-INCH EXTRA LONG REACH: Equipped with a 20cm (7.9") long heating tube, this foam cutter is specifically designed for cutting through thick blocks of low-to-medium density EPS (Styrofoam) and pearl cotton. It heats up quickly and melts the foam smoothly, leaving clean edges with absolutely no messy debris left behind.
- ERGONOMIC GRIP WITH ON/OFF SWITCH: Safety and convenience come first. The ergonomic handle provides a comfortable, non-slip grip for precise carving and writing on foam. It features a built-in Start/Stop switch directly on the handle, allowing you to easily turn off the heat when taking breaks without unplugging the cord.
- CRITICAL USAGE LIMIT (LIGHT DUTY): To prevent the heating element from burning out, DO NOT operate continuously for more than 30 minutes. The cumulative usage time should not exceed 2-3 hours per day. If your project requires long hours of continuous cutting, please choose our 36W Adjustable Temperature version (Short Blade).
- LET THE HEAT DO THE WORK: Never force the cutter through the foam! Forcing the blade before it fully melts the material will cause the metal tube to bend or snap. Glide it slowly and let the high temperature (up to 1500℃) smoothly slice through the polystyrene.
- IMPORTANT BENDING INSTRUCTIONS: The heating tube can only be bent ONCE to create a specific custom shape. Repeatedly bending the tube back and forth at the same point will cause the internal heating wire to break, permanently damaging the pen. (Note: Slight foam marks on the tip are normal due to factory power testing).
