Plus-sized tyres 

Suited to semi-fat 2.8" - 3.5" tyres, Rumpus Boost gives the stiffness of boost hubs and the 45mm extra rim width supports the lateral profile of the plus tyres. With improved traction, low-pressure tyres and reduced weight, not only will you be first to the top, but you'll iron out the rough stuff on the way down too.

Boost: wider, tougher, stiffer

Rumpus' boost hub is wider than a standard hub; extra width between the flanges creates a shallower spoke bracing angle to create a stronger, stiffer wheel. A wider hub also means a shorter  chainstay, more mud clearance, and better tyre clearance.

Tubeless  ready,  lightweight rims 

40 mm lightweight aluminium rims take a bigger tyre and gets you over those rock gardens and technical terrains. Run with 2.8" - 3.5" tyres, or run tubeless with the help of some 50 mm tape, a pair of valves, and compatible tyres. Disc  only.

Durable, convertible and serviceable  hub 

Sealed wheel bearings so they are easily serviceable without the need for specialist tools; adaptable for 110/141 Boost QR or 110/148 Boost bolt-through setups; QR adapters are available upon request. The axles are double machined so they are first machined, then milled for precision and finally milled again for final perfection. Plus they are made out of aluminium so they are not heavy.

We all ride our own way. Choose between a regular Shimano freehub and the SRAM XD Driver (permitting a 10 tooth bottom sprocket) to make the Rumpus Boost your own.
